Would you like to order a Benefit award? Do you want some tips on earning points? Or do you have general questions about the PartnerPlusBenefit programme?


In our PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre, qualified customer advisors are on hand to advise you personally, to book awards for you and to assist you with all aspects of earning points. They have many years of experience in looking after our PartnerPlusBenefit members.


Take advantage of the following services provided by the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre:


  • Reserving and booking Benefit free flights and electronic ticket despatch (etix®)
  • Booking Benefit upgrades to First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class
  • Booking Benefit excess baggage vouchers for the flights you request
  • Resetting your password and PIN if required
  • Answering your questions on the Benefit points account
