The Benefit points will expire when the 36 months have been elapsed.

In your Benefit points account you can always see how many Benefit points are due to expire in the next three months. Simply call up your current points balance online – the expiry date and the number of Benefit points affected are always shown separately.
This way you will still have three months in which to convert your valuable Benefit points into an award.
