Forgotten your password or login details? How to get them replaced

If your company’s password or login details ever get lost or forgotten, you can request new ones. You can do this in the following ways:

 

  1. Request a new password at partnerplusbenefit.com: to do this you only need your user name and email address – we will then send you a new password.

 

  1. To receive new login details (e.g. if your company’s contact person changes), please contact the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Centre or your own contact person.

 

For data protection reasons we cannot make the same passwords or login details available to you twice – even if the details were those of an employee who has now left your company.

 

Please note that the user name that was set when you first joined PartnerPlusBenefit cannot be changed subsequently.

Your PartnerPlusBenefit account will then be unlocked immediately (or within 24 hours if you contact us by email). You will then be asked to set a new password.
