You can make changes to your company’s PartnerPlusBenefit account online at any time: simply log on to partnerplusbenefit.com and change the profile setting. Please remember to confirm your changes by clicking on ‘Save’.
N.B. Please also remember to keep your account details updated. This will ensure that, for example, any Benefit awards you order are sent to the correct address.
Can a company’s user name be altered subsequently?
For technical data reasons, the user name set when your company first joined PartnerPlusBenefit cannot be altered subsequently.
